B.Virtual Items Terms and Conditions

1. License Grant

By purchasing virtual items, currency, upgrades or tokens (“Virtual Items”), you receive a limited, personal, revocable license to use such items within FINAL HUNTER APOCALYPSE HUNT.

Virtual Items:

• Do not constitute personal property
• Are not legal tender
• Cannot be transferred
• Are non-refundable

Ownership remains with MORVEXA LTD.

2. Immediate Supply & Cooling-Off Waiver

By confirming a purchase, you consent to immediate delivery of Virtual Items and acknowledge that you waive any statutory right of withdrawal once the content has been supplied.

3. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts where:

• Fraud is suspected
• Payment verification fails
• Terms are violated
• Unauthorized software is used

All Virtual Items may be removed without refund or compensation.
