Refund requests may be accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Purchases caused by system error
  • Non-Delivery of purchased Virtual Items
  • Technical Issues preventing proper use
  • Legal entitlement under applicable consumer laws
  1. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Successfully delivered Virtual Items
  • Used in-game currency
  • Consumed digital content
  • Accidental purchases
  • Player misunderstanding
  • Account bans due to Terms violations

  • Player ID
  • Purchase time and amount
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Screenshots (if applicable)
  1. Refund Deadline

Requests must be submitted within: 7 days of purchase

Approved refunds will be processed within: 5 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
