Refund requests may be accepted only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchases caused by system error
- Non-Delivery of purchased Virtual Items
- Technical Issues preventing proper use
- Legal entitlement under applicable consumer laws
- Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Successfully delivered Virtual Items
- Used in-game currency
- Consumed digital content
- Accidental purchases
- Player misunderstanding
- Account bans due to Terms violations

- Purchase time and amount

- Screenshots (if applicable)
- Refund Deadline
Requests must be submitted within: 7 days of purchase
- Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within: 5 business days
